Over 100 banner drops took place on Friday 20th January as people across the world responded to the inauguration of Donald Trump. A banner saying Bridges Not Walls was dropped at the bridge over the Lavant in Chichester at 12 noon.

New West Sussex Minerals Plan: unsound say environmentalists

The West Sussex Minerals Plan – jointly proposed by West Sussex County Council and the South Downs National Park Authority – is currently up for public consultation. Chichester Green Party has studied the plan and found some worrying anomalies which the public should be aware of. City Councillor Sarah Sharp recently brought these to the attention of the City Council, who did not officially comment.
